Defender Leads Way in Empowering Patients  with Diabetic Foot Ulcers

  • Progress continues on finalizing the lease and supply agreement for the City of Lancaster/LACSD Hydrogen Project (Antelope Valley Circular Hydrogen Initiative), with ReCarbon engaging a contractor to survey the PCCU (Plasma Carbon Conversion Unit) and related equipment site, as required for the final agreement

AKOS has reached a major milestone with the arrival of its 3rd generation base tool in Red Deer, Alberta and performed a successful function test. AKOS now has several well operators asking to schedule a first job and we anticipate the first job to be performed next week with a MLT day rates of $25K CAD. After running the base tool in a few wells, AKOS will mobilize its Multilateral Navigation tool to Canada and begin intervention work on the multilateral wells (under the agreements already in place) with local well operating companies.


AKOS’ advanced, proprietary well intervention and drilling services deliver significantly improved (1.4Mmt of CO2 reduction as of direct result of AKOS' Cybercoil services in 2028 and enable 90Mmt of CO2 reduction in 2028) sustainability, reduced environmental impact, and far superior economics to operating companies in the energy sector.

Splash, the leader in sustainable automated carwashes in China (the world’s largest market), has made significant progress toward its expansion goals for 2025:


  • On January 9th, Splash signed a US $4.1M development financing deal with Shanghai Chao Gu Investment Co. Under this facility Chao Gu will finance 100% of the development costs for 75 new Splash Express locations

  • Splash’s latest seed round of US $1.5M will be closing in Q1'25. Post financing, Splash will focus exclusively on new site development until the launch of a Series A financing in Q1’26

  • Hydrocycle (Splash's water recycling subsidiary) has confirmed its US $345K first phase order with Romania’s largest medical waste processing company, for facilities in both Romania and Moldova

  • Hydrocycle has also confirmed an agreement with an established waste treatment company based in Manila that will act as the company’s distributor for the Philippine market
