CircuitMeter Launches Building Optimization Program with Symtech and Dillon

CircuitMeter has partnered with Symtech and Dillon to launch the Building Optimization Program, a turnkey offering that helps commercial building owners lower operating costs and improve occupant comfort through operational upgrades rather than major capital replacement.
Each partner covers one part of delivery: Dillon leads the building investigation, engineering and measurement and verification; Symtech handles on-site execution of controls and electrical measures; and CircuitMeter supplies, configures and remotely manages the meters that provide the audit-grade data used to prove savings.
Why it matters for CircuitMeter
Built-in demand:Â metering is part of every project, so each participating building is a deployment
Lower customer barrier:Â incentive funding reduces upfront cost for building owners
Portfolio expansion:Â the program is designed to start with one building and scale, so one client can lead to repeat deployments
Large target market: eligible buildings use 750,000+ kWh a year, have 12+ months of energy data, and haven’t been commissioned in the past two years. That profile fits much of the aging commercial stock now facing higher occupancy from return-to-office mandates.
Domestic advantage:Â a fully Canadian team with locally manufactured technology aligns with growing demand for domestic sourcing
