Soojin's professional background encompasses roles as an investment analyst at renowned institutions such as JP Morgan and Fidelity, traveling and living globally across continents. Her engagement in startup investments and the advancement of early-stage climate technology firms dates back to 2017, during which time she led successful supply contracts and strategic investments.

Presently serving as the CEO of Witness Creative Partners, Soojin advises climate tech startups and mid-sized companies, fostering cross-border business development and catalyzing capital enhancement.

Soojin's influence extends notably throughout Asia, where her robust network encompasses investors and corporations of various scopes. Additionally, she holds a pivotal position as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) with NYSERDA, possessing specialized proficiency in assisting startups with their investor readiness and overall business development strategies.

Soojin's academic journey started with the attainment of a B.A. from Seoul National University (SNU) in Korea. Notably, she also assumed the role of founding president at the Management Consulting Students Association (MCSA) at SNU, underscoring her leadership and dedication to empowering the upcoming generation of business leaders.
