Alexander P. Moon practices in the areas of finance, corporate and banking law. His clients include U.S. banks, the U.S. branches of banks based in Asia and Europe, and other international financial institutions. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate and real estate finance, syndicated credit facilities, structured finance and securitization.

Mr. Moon is a member of The Association of the Bar of The City of New York. He is a 1985 graduate of the New York University School of Law. He also holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration and is a graduate of Columbia University.
