SVR provided strategic advice and composed the business plan for Tirminal, Inc. Tirminal uses proprietary Single Client Remote Access technology to solve email's inability to send large attachments. Tirminal enables users to send extremely large files without requiring both parties to install software and eliminates the need to store files on unsecure third-party servers. Tirminal saves money on costly purchases of hardware and software used for sending and managing data as well as the cost of shipping CDs, tapes, and other storage media.

SVR arranged a $5.5 million Series B investment in SensorTrain from a syndicate of 3 VCs from Europe, California & Texas. SensorTran develops and markets Distributed fiber-Optic based Sensing ("DOS") systems. The technology provides nearly instantaneous transmission of data and can efficiently cover large areas.
